Who we are
The two of us will be at your wedding
We are Arek and Aga. We are the ones who confirm your date, and on the day we are the ones behind the cameras in the church, at the registry office and at the reception. We work quietly and out of the way, because the day belongs to you - and your loved ones watching from afar should feel as if they were sitting a few pews behind.

Experience
We started with filming, now we stream
We have been streaming weddings and other family celebrations for 6 years, and for several years before that we worked as videographers.

A wedding in Białystok with family in Chicago and London
A lot of families from Podlasie have moved abroad for work. An aunt in Chicago, a cousin in London, a brother in Brussels: when a couple marries in Białystok, half the relatives often cannot come. A live wedding stream in Białystok lets them watch after typing the key on our website, without creating an account.
Mind the clock, though. The UK is one hour behind Poland, Belgium has the same time and Chicago is usually seven hours behind. A 2 pm ceremony is 7 am in Chicago, so some will watch over breakfast and others after work, from the recording that stays under the same key for about a month.
The basilica, a local parish or the registry office
Couples in Białystok marry in the archcathedral basilica in the centre, in parishes such as Bojary or Dojlidy, or at the registry office (USC). We arrange the permission to film ourselves and hold a Pozwolenie Diecezjalne, a diocesan permit for filming in churches. A crew of two arrives with two cameras and its own internet.
If you are marrying in the church where you were baptised, family abroad is often glad to see it again, even on a screen. For grandparents near Sokółka or Hajnówka who find car journeys hard now, the stream on their TV may be the only way to be there for the vows.
Outdoor ceremonies by the Narew and in the Knyszyn Forest
Podlasie makes it easy to marry outside the city. Some couples hold a civil ceremony by the Narew, near Tykocin or on the edge of the Knyszyn Forest near Supraśl. We stream these too, and with our own internet you do not have to check the signal in a meadow.
Supraśl with its monastery and Tykocin with its square are common places for photos. If you then go straight to the reception and chose a package that includes it, we come with you. Ceremony + first dance covers the reception up to the first dance, and Ceremony + full reception lasts until the end of the oczepiny, the traditional late-night games and unveiling of the bride, and no later than 1 am.
Getting guests ready
Before the wedding you get a card with the key and short instructions. Send it a few days ahead so everyone can check where to type the key. In Podlasie villages a grandchild or a neighbour usually helps, and during the stream we answer the phone at +48 530 806 787.
You choose if the live wedding stream in Białystok is private, for people with the key, or public on YouTube, where anyone can watch the wedding online. You also get a free stream page with your photos, and all the footage after the wedding.
