Who we are

The two of us will be at your wedding

We are Arek and Aga. We are the ones who confirm your date, and on the day we are the ones behind the cameras in the church, at the registry office and at the reception. We work quietly and out of the way, because the day belongs to you - and your loved ones watching from afar should feel as if they were sitting a few pews behind.

Experience

We started with filming, now we stream

We have been streaming weddings and other family celebrations for 6 years, and for several years before that we worked as videographers.

The archcathedral, Panewniki or Nikiszowiec

Katowice has churches with real character. There is the Archcathedral of Christ the King in the centre, the Franciscan basilica in Panewniki and the brick church of St Anne in Nikiszowiec, surrounded by the red-brick miners' houses known as familoki. There are also parishes in Ligota, Brynów and Szopienice, and the registry office (USC) for a civil ceremony.

Nikiszowiec draws couples from outside Katowice too, because the photos after the ceremony are a few steps from the church. Wherever you marry, we arrange the permission to film and hold a Pozwolenie Diecezjalne, a diocesan permit for filming in churches. A crew of two arrives with two cameras and its own internet.

Married in Katowice, family in Germany

Many Silesian families have someone in Germany: an uncle near Dortmund, a cousin in Munich, grandparents who left long ago and cannot travel to a wedding now. The good news is that Germany has the same time as Poland, so a 3 pm ceremony is watched there at 3 pm.

A live wedding stream in Katowice works for them exactly as it does for family in Bogucice. Guests type the key on our website and watch on a phone, computer or TV, without creating an account, and there is no limit on viewers or countries. They can ring you with their good wishes the same evening.

A reception in an old mine, in Pszczyna or the Beskids

Silesia has wedding venues you will not find elsewhere, in former mine and steelworks buildings and restored brick halls. Some couples go further, to Pszczyna or up into the Beskids, to a mountain guesthouse or inn. With a package that includes the reception, we drive with you from the church to the venue.

Ceremony + first dance ends with the first dance. If family in Germany wants to see the oczepiny, the traditional late-night games and unveiling of the bride, choose Ceremony + full reception, which runs until they finish and no later than 1 am. In many Silesian families the oczepiny are a big part of the evening, so think about it when you pick a package.

The key card for guests

Before the wedding you get a card with the key and instructions. Guests install nothing: they type the key and watch the wedding online. If part of the family reads German more easily, you can add your own translation to the card.

During the live wedding stream in Katowice we answer the phone at +48 530 806 787. The recording stays under the same key for about a month and all the footage goes to you. After booking we call you back within 24 hours.

Wedding in Katowice: questions

Grandma wants to watch on the TV. Is that possible?
Yes. The stream can be watched on a phone, computer or TV. She only needs to enter the streaming key, and we are available by phone during the stream if she needs help.
Is travel to Katowice included?
Yes. You pay the same as in any other city in Poland.
Our relatives in Germany speak little Polish. Will they cope with the key?
Yes. The key is typed on our website, with no account to create. You can translate the card's instructions for them, and someone in the family can call us during the stream if they need help.
We are marrying in Katowice and the reception is in Pszczyna. Will family in Munich see the first dance?
Yes. With Ceremony + first dance we drive with you to the venue after the ceremony and stream the reception up to the first dance. Germany has the same time as Poland, so they can watch it live.
Do you also cover the rest of Silesia?
Yes, any town in Silesia, for the same price.
Who arranges the permission from the parish or registry office?
We do. We call the parish or the registry office and agree the details. We hold a Diocesan Permit for filming in churches.
Does the stream include the wishes outside the church?
Yes. The Ceremony package covers the ceremony, the wishes outside the church or registry office and everything until the two of you drive off.
How much does a wedding stream in Katowice cost?
The ceremony is from 2190 zł, with the reception up to the first dance from 2790 zł, and the full reception from 4190 zł. In July and August prices are a little higher. Travel is included.
