We are Arek and Aga. We are the ones who confirm your date, and on the day we are the ones behind the cameras in the church, at the registry office and at the reception. We work quietly and out of the way, because the day belongs to you - and your loved ones watching from afar should feel as if they were sitting a few pews behind.

We have been streaming weddings and other family celebrations for 6 years, and for several years before that we worked as videographers.
Family on both sides of the eastern border
Lublin is close to the border with Ukraine, and many families have relatives on both sides of it. Ukraine is one hour ahead of Poland, so a 4 pm ceremony is live there at 5 pm. Relatives in the Netherlands or Germany have the same time as you.
The city also has a lot of students from Ukraine and Belarus, so the guest list often includes friends whose families would like to see the ceremony from far away. Choosing a church in Lublin
Some couples want the archcathedral or the Dominican Basilica in the Old Town. Others prefer their own parish in Kalinowszczyzna, Sławin or Wrotków, where they made their First Communion. A short civil ceremony at the registry office (USC) is also common.
For us the preparation is similar every time. We call the parish or registry office and agree the details ourselves, and we hold a Pozwolenie Diecezjalne, a diocesan permit for filming in churches. On the day a crew of two arrives with two cameras and its own internet, so nobody has to ask the priest for the Wi-Fi password.
The Old Town has a lot of charm but is hard on older guests, with cobbles, steps and a long walk from the car. Some grandparents in Lublin or near Świdnik would rather stay home and watch on TV from their own armchair.
Ceremony in town, reception by the Vistula
Many Lublin couples marry in the city and hold the reception outside it, in Kazimierz Dolny, Nałęczów, near Puławy or at a manor among the loess gorges. With Ceremony + first dance we drive with you to the venue, so family at home sees the vows, your arrival at the reception and the toast.
Ceremony + full reception runs until the end of the oczepiny, the traditional late-night games and unveiling of the bride, and no later than 1 am. The distance from Lublin makes no difference to the price.
If someone cannot watch live
Someone is on a hospital shift, someone else is driving back to a job abroad. The recording stays under the same key for about a month, so they can watch the wedding online when they have time. All the footage goes to you.
