Who we are

The two of us will be at your wedding

We are Arek and Aga. We are the ones who confirm your date, and on the day we are the ones behind the cameras in the church, at the registry office and at the reception. We work quietly and out of the way, because the day belongs to you - and your loved ones watching from afar should feel as if they were sitting a few pews behind.

Experience

We started with filming, now we stream

We have been streaming weddings and other family celebrations for 6 years, and for several years before that we worked as videographers.

The Fara, the cathedral or a parish in Jeżyce

Many Poznań couples think first of the Fara, the baroque parish church in the Old Town, or the cathedral on Ostrów Tumski. Just as often the ceremony takes place in the parish where one of you grew up, in Jeżyce, Łazarz, Wilda, Rataje or Winogrady, or out in Swarzędz, Luboń or Mosina. A civil ceremony at the registry office (USC) or outdoors is the other route.

We arrange the permission to film ourselves and hold a Pozwolenie Diecezjalne, a diocesan permit for filming in churches. We bring our own internet, so nobody at the church needs to hand over a Wi-Fi password. You can get a quote online, and after booking we call you back within 24 hours.

Guests in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK

Plenty of people from Greater Poland have moved west for work. Germany and the Netherlands share Polish time, so cousins in Berlin, Hamburg or Amsterdam can follow the ceremony live with nothing to convert. In the UK and Ireland it is one hour earlier.

A live wedding stream in Poznań asks nothing technical of them. They type the key on our website and watch the wedding online on a phone, computer or TV, with no account and no limit on viewers or countries. Anyone on a Saturday shift can watch the recording, which stays under the same key for about a month.

A reception by a Greater Poland lake

Greater Poland has a lot of lakes, and many Poznań receptions happen by the water: at Kiekrz, near the Wielkopolski National Park, around Kórnik or further towards Gniezno. Resorts in the forest and old farm estates are popular too.

If family abroad should see the party as well, choose Ceremony + first dance or Ceremony + full reception. We follow you from the church and use our own internet at the venue. The full package lasts until the end of the oczepiny, the traditional late-night games and unveiling of the bride, and no later than 1 am.

Private or on YouTube

A private stream can only be watched by people with the key, which suits couples who want to keep the ceremony among family. A public stream on YouTube lets anyone watch, for example people from your parish or old friends from your estate.

Before the wedding you get a card with the key and instructions to send to guests. When the live wedding stream in Poznań ends, the recording stays available for about a month and all the footage goes to you. During the stream we answer the phone at +48 530 806 787.

Wedding in Poznań: questions

Our grandparents cannot travel to Poznań. Will they manage the stream?
Yes. They get the streaming key and watch on a phone, computer or TV. We are available by phone during the stream in case anything does not work.
Is travel to Poznań included?
Yes. You pay the same as in any other city in Poland.
Our cousins in Amsterdam have never been to Poznań. Is there anything for them to see apart from the ceremony?
Yes. After entering the key they reach a free stream page with your photos, which you get from us. A picture from Lake Malta or the Old Market Square shows them a bit of the city.
My partner's family in England has heard that Polish receptions go on until morning. How much of it will they see?
With Ceremony + full reception we stream until the end of the oczepiny, no later than 1 am. With Ceremony + first dance we stop after the first dance.
Do you also cover the rest of Greater Poland?
Yes, any town in Greater Poland, for the same price.
Who arranges the permission from the parish or registry office?
We do. We call the parish or the registry office and agree the details. We hold a Diocesan Permit for filming in churches.
Does the stream include the wishes outside the church?
Yes. The Ceremony package covers the ceremony, the wishes outside the church or registry office and everything until the two of you drive off.
How much does a wedding stream in Poznań cost?
The ceremony is from 2190 zł, with the reception up to the first dance from 2790 zł, and the full reception from 4190 zł. In July and August prices are a little higher. Travel is included.
