Live wedding stream in Warsaw Your loved ones are with you, wherever they are.
We stream weddings in Warsaw the same way as anywhere else: two people, two cameras and a key you send to your family. Sometimes the ceremony is in the centre and the reception is out near Piaseczno or Konstancin. Then we simply come along, with no charge for the extra kilometres.

Who we are
The two of us will be at your wedding
We are Arek and Aga. We are the ones who confirm your date, and on the day we are the ones behind the cameras in the church, at the registry office and at the reception. We work quietly and out of the way, because the day belongs to you - and your loved ones watching from afar should feel as if they were sitting a few pews behind.

Experience
We started with filming, now we stream
We have been streaming weddings and other family celebrations for 6 years, and for several years before that we worked as videographers.

Getting married in Warsaw while living abroad
Plenty of couples who marry in Warsaw no longer live there. They moved to London, Dublin or Oslo for work, met someone from another country, and now plan the wedding from a flat somewhere else in Europe. The guest list ends up split between Poland and the place where you have built your life.
That usually means some people cannot come. Your grandmother in Siedlce may not travel any more, and colleagues in Manchester may not get the Saturday off. They can still watch the wedding online as it happens, from wherever they are.
From the Old Town to Żoliborz and Ursynów
Some couples want the archcathedral in the Old Town or St Anne's Church on Krakowskie Przedmieście. Others go back to the parish they grew up in, in Żoliborz, Saska Kępa or Ursynów. A civil ceremony at the registry office (USC) or outdoors is just as common.
For a live wedding stream in Warsaw the preparation is the same everywhere. We arrange the permission to film with the parish or registry office ourselves, and we hold a Pozwolenie Diecezjalne, a diocesan permit for filming in churches. We bring our own internet, so nobody has to find a connection in the sacristy, and a crew of two arrives with two cameras.
Time zones for guests in London, Dublin and Chicago
The UK and Ireland are one hour behind Poland, so a 3 pm ceremony in Warsaw is live at 2 pm in London or Dublin. North America is harder. Chicago is usually seven hours behind and New York six, which puts the same ceremony at 8 am and 9 am.
Guests who cannot watch live can catch up later. The recording stays available under the same streaming key for about a month, which suits relatives in Chicago or Toronto who would rather watch in the evening than at dawn.
Nobody needs an account or an app. Guests type the key on our website and watch on a phone, laptop or TV, with no limit on viewers or countries.
When the reception is outside the city
Many Warsaw receptions take place in manor houses across Masovia, by the Zegrze Reservoir or on the edge of the Kampinos Forest. With the Ceremony + first dance package we follow you to the venue and stream the reception up to the first dance.
The Ceremony + full reception package runs until the end of the oczepiny, the traditional late-night games and unveiling of the bride, and no later than 1 am. Family abroad then sees the party and the dancing as well as the vows.
During the live wedding stream in Warsaw we answer the phone on +48 530 806 787 in case a guest has trouble watching. You can spend the day with the people in the room.
