Live wedding streaming · Warmia-Masuria
Live wedding stream in Olsztyn Your loved ones are with you, wherever they are.
Olsztyn has lakes within the city itself, and many reception venues in Warmia and Masuria stand by the water, far from town. We bring our own internet for the stream, so a ceremony at the registry office and a reception at a lakeside resort reach your family equally well.

Who we are
The two of us will be at your wedding
We are Arek and Aga. We are the ones who confirm your date, and on the day we are the ones behind the cameras in the church, at the registry office and at the reception. We work quietly and out of the way, because the day belongs to you - and your loved ones watching from afar should feel as if they were sitting a few pews behind.

Experience
We started with filming, now we stream
We have been streaming weddings and other family celebrations for 6 years, and for several years before that we worked as videographers.

Where couples marry in Olsztyn
Many Olsztyn couples choose the Co-Cathedral of St James in the Old Town, a few steps from the High Gate. Others marry in their parish in Jaroty or Kortowo, and some go to the sanctuary in Gietrzwałd, not far from the city. The registry office (USC) is the other option.
A wedding in Gietrzwałd or a Warmian village church can mean some guests have no easy way there and back. Older relatives in Barczewo or Dobre Miasto often prefer to stay home and watch on TV rather than spend hours in a car and a pew. The key is easy to read out over the phone.
A live wedding stream in Olsztyn needs no paperwork from you. We arrange the permission to film and hold a Pozwolenie Diecezjalne, a diocesan permit for filming in churches.
A civil ceremony by the water
In Warmia and Masuria an outdoor wedding surprises nobody. Couples think about saying their vows on a jetty, in a resort garden or on a lakeshore near Stawiguda or Purda, and we stream these just like ceremonies at the registry office. Lake Ukiel is a common spot for photos even when the ceremony is in an Old Town church.
With a package that includes the reception, we stay with you after the ceremony. Ceremony + first dance ends with the first dance, and Ceremony + full reception lasts until the end of the oczepiny, the traditional late-night games and unveiling of the bride, and no later than 1 am. If the venue is somewhere else, we drive there with you.
Family in Germany and the UK
Many people from Warmia and Masuria moved to Germany, some long ago and some quite recently, and plenty of younger people work in the UK. Germany has the same time as Poland and the UK is one hour behind, so a 4 pm ceremony is live at 3 pm in London.
Guests need only the key. They type it on our website and watch the wedding online on a phone, computer or TV, with no account and no limit on viewers or countries. Send them our card with the key in good time, for example with the invitation or the plan for the day.
The wedding day with our crew
After booking we call you back within 24 hours to agree where and when the ceremony is. On the day a crew of two arrives with two cameras and its own internet, so we do not need a connection in the church or registry office. During the live wedding stream in Olsztyn we answer the phone at +48 530 806 787.
You can choose a private stream, for people with the key, or a public one on YouTube. Afterwards the recording stays under the same key for about a month and all the footage goes to you.
